The survey is introduced with a delightfully crafted interface, bristling with fun and colour. Each page is adorned with beautiful designer products to engage the user's curiosity. A fashion fairy sits perched on the panel top to keep things light hearted and amusing.

The survey questions follow, carefully split into small, easily managed sections maximizing ease of use.
